“Hot Kitchen” is a joint TV project by Yeremyan Projects and SHARM Holding. It aims at discovering the talented cooks and contributing to development of the profession and improvement of reputation of culinary art in our country. The first of the 16-episode project was broadcasted on September 15 to December 28 of 2019, on Armenia TV.
Conservation and development of Armenian gastronomical traditions is among the missions of Yeremyan Projects, next to breaking the stereotypes related to the profession of a cook in our society and restoration of reputation of cooking and culinary art. For that purpose, the company has been organizing events and implementing various projects for years. The “Hot Kitchen” is among them.
The “Hot Kitchen” TV series was one-of-a-kind opportunity to present the delicacies, challenges and importance of the cooks’ work to the larger public.
The TV project was filmed at the Yeremyan Projects Academy of Culinary Arts and Hospitality, which became a symbolic platform for this project and the discovery of new talents.
The winner of the “Hot Kitchen” project, Hayk Khachatryan, received 5 million AMD as an award and got an opportunity to get a high-quality professional education. Hayk is currently working as a chef, fulfilling his dream of becoming a professional chef.
