Since May 2021, the Seasons restaurant complex and the park located at 15/5 Mashtots Street have been managed by Yeremyan Projects. The company has worked to preserve and enhance the architectural aesthetic of both the park and the city, while also maintaining and improving green spaces. Additionally, they implement a variety of cultural and entertaining programs in the park. Operating under the motto “All Seasons for You,” Yeremyan Projects hosts events and activities throughout the year, tailored for each season. During the summer, the complex features modern fountains equipped with advanced technology, offering laser and sound shows, along with various events and music nights. Seasons Park is a unique gift from Yeremyan Projects to the city, its residents, and guests.

It has become one of the most beloved and family-friendly destinations, hosting large-scale public events and social initiatives that are appreciated by everyone.

To enhance the winter months and holiday experiences, in December 2021, Yeremyan Projects introduced Seasons Park Station, the first winter park of this kind in Armenia.
